Welcome to Pay Plantation®!
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Member," "Merchant," "VIP Member," or "you") and Pay Plantation®, LLC. ("Pay Plantation®," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, applications, payment gateway, digital wallet features, crowdfunding services, event ticketing, mini shops, escrow-related services, Faith Seed Giving, referral program, and other products and services offered through Pay Plantation® (collectively, the "Services").
By registering for an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.
Certain financial services may be provided by independent, appropriately authorized financial institutions or payment-processing partners and may be subject to additional agreements.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To register and use Pay Plantation®, you must:

You agree not to create accounts using false identities, impersonate others, or access accounts without authorization.
Pay Plantation® reserves the right to reject registrations or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these Terms.

3.4 Membership Changes
Pay Plantation® may modify membership benefits, subscription prices, or eligibility requirements with appropriate notice as required by applicable law.
Material changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated before taking effect when legally required.
4. PAYMENT PROCESSING SERVICES
Pay Plantation® provides technology that facilitates electronic payment acceptance and related transactions.
Depending on eligibility and available integrations, supported payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved electronic payment methods.

Users are responsible for applicable taxes associated with their transactions, business activities, and earnings.
6. DIGITAL WALLET SERVICES

- Withdrawals and transfers may be subject to processing times and limits.
- Certain transactions may be delayed or restricted for security or compliance reasons.
- Wallet services are not automatically equivalent to a traditional bank account.
Pay Plantation® does not represent that wallet balances are bank deposits or federally insured unless a specific eligible product expressly provides such protection through an identified insured institution.
The legal entity responsible for holding or transmitting funds will be identified in the applicable service disclosures.
7. SEND AND REQUEST MONEY
Where available, eligible members may send or request payments using supported identifiers, including email addresses, usernames, or telephone numbers.
By using these features, you agree that:
- You will verify recipient information before sending money.
- You will send funds only for lawful purposes.
- You will not knowingly request or receive fraudulent payments.
- You will comply with applicable transaction limits and verification procedures.
- You are responsible for accurately entering payment instructions.

8. PAYMENT LINKS, QR CODES, AND WEBSITE WIDGETS
Eligible VIP Members may generate payment links, QR codes, and website payment widgets to collect payments.
Members agree to use these tools only for legitimate transactions and authorized fundraising activities.
You may not:
- Create deceptive or misleading payment requests.
- Use payment links for fraudulent fundraising.
- Collect payments for prohibited goods or services.
- Misrepresent the identity of a merchant or beneficiary.
- Modify or misuse payment integration code to compromise platform security.
Users integrating Pay Plantation® into websites or applications are responsible for implementing the integration securely and complying with applicable privacy and payment-data requirements.
Pay Plantation® may disable payment links or integrations associated with suspected abuse or violations.

Unless Pay Plantation® expressly provides otherwise, the Company does not independently verify every campaign claim or guarantee that organizers will fulfill their stated objectives.
9.3 Refunds and Campaign Disputes
Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, payment network rules, campaign terms, and the circumstances of the transaction.
Pay Plantation® may review reports of suspected fraudulent campaigns and take appropriate action.
9.4 Investment Crowdfunding
The crowdfunding service is not intended to facilitate securities offerings, investment contracts, or promises of financial returns unless expressly supported through a legally authorized arrangement.
Campaign organizers may not offer equity, profit participation, or investment returns through ordinary donation or reward-based crowdfunding features.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for resolving ordinary commercial disputes, subject to applicable buyer protections and payment network rules.
12. ESCROW SERVICES

Merchants and campaign organizers may be responsible for valid refunds, reversals, and chargebacks.
Pay Plantation® may request supporting documentation and cooperate with relevant financial partners in resolving disputes.
Users must not submit knowingly false chargeback claims or abuse refund procedures.

Any remaining customer funds will be handled according to applicable law and the terms of the financial service provider responsible.

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
