1. INTRODUCTION

At Pay Plantation®, LLC. ("Pay Plantation®," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to providing a transparent, reliable, and customer-focused payment platform.

We understand that circumstances may arise where users need to cancel subscriptions, request refunds, dispute transactions, or reverse eligible payments.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains the procedures, eligibility requirements, limitations, and responsibilities associated with refunds and cancellations across the Pay Plantation® platform.

This Policy applies to applicable transactions involving:

  • Free and VIP memberships.
  • Recurring subscription payments.
  • Payment gateway transactions.
  • Digital wallet services.
  • Send and request money features.
  • Crowdfunding campaigns.
  • Event registrations and ticket purchases.
  • Mini shop purchases.
  • Escrow-related transactions.
  • Faith Seed Giving contributions.
  • Referral program commissions.

By using Pay Plantation®, users agree to this Policy as part of the applicable Terms and Conditions of Service, subject to non-waivable rights under applicable law.

2. GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLES

Refund eligibility depends on the type of transaction, the service purchased, the payment method used, and the circumstances surrounding the refund request.

The following general principles apply:

  1. Refund requests must be submitted through the designated Pay Plantation® support channel or applicable transaction dispute process.
  2. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method, where technically and legally possible.
  3. Refund requests may require identity verification or supporting transaction documentation.
  4. Transactions involving independent merchants, event organizers, campaign organizers, or third-party financial providers may be governed by additional refund terms.
  5. Certain completed transactions may be non-refundable unless required by law, payment network rules, or the applicable service agreement.
  6. Pay Plantation® may investigate suspected fraudulent transactions, duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, or processing errors.
  7. Nothing in this Policy limits statutory consumer rights, legally required refunds, or applicable payment network protections.

3. FREE MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Registration for a standard Pay Plantation® account is free.

Free members may request account closure at any time.

No membership cancellation fee applies to a free account.

However, account closure may be subject to:

  • Completion of pending transactions.
  • Resolution of outstanding disputes.
  • Settlement of applicable fees.
  • Verification requirements.
  • Legal or regulatory record-retention obligations.

Account closure does not automatically cancel obligations associated with independently purchased products or services.

4. VIP MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Pay Plantation® offers paid VIP membership plans that provide access to additional platform benefits and premium payment tools.

4.1 VIP Membership Cancellation

VIP Members may cancel their subscription through the account's available membership settings or by contacting customer support.

Cancellation of a recurring subscription will stop future renewal charges once the cancellation has been successfully processed.

Unless otherwise disclosed, members will retain access to paid VIP features until the end of their current billing period.

4.2 Initial VIP Membership Refunds

As a customer-friendly policy, Pay Plantation® offers a proposed seven (7) calendar-day refund request period for an initial VIP membership purchase.

A refund may be approved if:

  • The request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the initial purchase.
  • The membership was purchased directly through Pay Plantation®.
  • The account has not engaged in fraud, abuse, or material violations of the Terms.
  • The refund does not conflict with applicable payment provider requirements.

Use of VIP features during the seven-day period will not automatically disqualify a member from requesting a refund.

Pay Plantation® may evaluate evidence of material service consumption or abuse where legally permitted and where relevant conditions were clearly disclosed before purchase.

4.3 VIP Renewal Payments

Recurring VIP membership renewal charges are generally non-refundable after the applicable renewal has been processed, except where:

  • A refund is required by law.
  • The charge was unauthorized.
  • A billing error occurred.
  • A duplicate payment was collected.
  • Pay Plantation® approves an exception.
  • The applicable subscription terms provide additional refund rights.

Users are encouraged to cancel before their next renewal date to avoid future charges.

4.4 Subscription Price Changes

Any material changes to recurring subscription fees will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law.

Where additional consent is legally required, Pay Plantation® will obtain that consent before applying the revised recurring charge.

4.5 Promotional and Discounted VIP Memberships

VIP memberships purchased through promotional campaigns, coupons, or special discounts remain subject to this Policy unless different refund terms were clearly disclosed before purchase.

5. PAYMENT GATEWAY TRANSACTION REFUNDS

Pay Plantation® provides payment gateway technology that enables eligible users and merchants to accept electronic payments.

Refunds for purchases made from independent merchants are primarily the responsibility of the merchant selling the relevant product or service.

Merchants must maintain and communicate their applicable refund and return policies.

5.1 Merchant-Initiated Refunds

Where supported, merchants may initiate full or partial refunds through the platform or the applicable payment processor.

Refunds are subject to:

  • Available transaction records.
  • Payment provider rules.
  • Account status.
  • Fraud and compliance reviews.
  • Applicable laws.

5.2 Processing Fees

Original payment processing fees may be non-refundable where the applicable processor retains those fees, and this treatment was properly disclosed.

Additional refund processing fees, if any, must be disclosed as required by law.

5.3 Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

Users who identify duplicate or incorrect charges should promptly contact the merchant, Pay Plantation®, or the relevant financial institution.

Verified processing errors will be corrected in accordance with applicable law and payment network requirements.

6. DIGITAL WALLET TRANSACTIONS

Eligible VIP Members may access wallet functionality, depending on service availability and applicable financial provider requirements.

Wallet-related transactions may include transfers, withdrawals, and payments.

6.1 Pending Transactions

A pending wallet transaction may be canceled where cancellation remains technically possible and is permitted by the applicable financial service provider.

6.2 Completed Transactions

Completed wallet transfers may be irreversible, particularly where funds have already been delivered to the intended recipient.

However, applicable rights concerning unauthorized transfers, payment errors, and other protected transactions remain unaffected.

6.3 Incorrect Recipient Information

Users are responsible for verifying recipient details before authorizing payments.

If funds are sent to an unintended recipient, recovery may not be guaranteed.

Pay Plantation® and its authorized service providers may assist with recovery efforts where possible and legally appropriate.

6.4 Wallet Withdrawal Fees

Applicable withdrawal fees and any refund limitations will be disclosed before the transaction is authorized.

7. SEND AND REQUEST MONEY REFUNDS

Payments made using email addresses, usernames, telephone numbers, or other supported identifiers may be subject to the following conditions:

  • Unaccepted or pending payments may be cancelable where supported.
  • Completed payments may require recipient cooperation or a formal dispute process.
  • Unauthorized transactions may qualify for investigation and applicable legal protections.
  • Payment requests may be canceled before fulfillment where the platform supports cancellation.

Pay Plantation® does not guarantee recovery of funds voluntarily sent to an incorrect recipient.

This provision does not waive any rights provided by applicable electronic funds transfer laws or payment network rules.

8. CROWDFUNDING CONTRIBUTIONS AND REFUNDS

Pay Plantation® may provide crowdfunding tools for eligible individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community initiatives.

8.1 Voluntary Contributions

Crowdfunding contributions are generally considered voluntary payments toward a stated campaign purpose.

Once a contribution has been successfully processed and transferred or made available to the campaign organizer, it may not be refundable solely because the contributor changes their mind.

8.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered where:

  • A duplicate contribution occurred.
  • A transaction was unauthorized.
  • A verified processing error occurred.
  • The campaign organizer voluntarily approves a refund.
  • The campaign was materially misrepresented or fraudulent.
  • Applicable law or payment network rules require a refund.

8.3 Campaign Failure

Pay Plantation® does not guarantee that crowdfunding campaigns will achieve their goals or fulfill their stated objectives.

Unless a campaign expressly operates under an all-or-nothing funding arrangement, failure to reach a fundraising target does not automatically entitle contributors to refunds.

8.4 Organizer Responsibilities

Campaign organizers are responsible for using funds in accordance with their campaign representations and applicable law.

Pay Plantation® may review suspected fraudulent campaigns and cooperate with payment providers or authorities as appropriate.

9. EVENT TICKETS AND EVENT PASS REFUNDS

Pay Plantation® provides tools that allow independent event organizers to promote events and sell tickets or passes.

9.1 Event Organizer Refund Policies

Event organizers are primarily responsible for establishing and communicating their event cancellation and refund terms.

Attendees should review the organizer's refund policy before purchasing tickets.

9.2 Event Cancellation

If an event is canceled, the organizer is responsible for providing refunds or other remedies required by applicable law and the terms disclosed at purchase.

Pay Plantation® may facilitate eligible refunds through its payment platform.

9.3 Event Postponement or Rescheduling

When an event is postponed or rescheduled, refund eligibility will depend on applicable law, the organizer's disclosed terms, and the circumstances of the change.

9.4 Nonattendance

Failure to attend an event generally does not entitle the purchaser to a refund unless the organizer's policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

9.5 Service Fees

Ticketing or processing fees may be non-refundable where properly disclosed and legally permitted.

10. MINI SHOP PRODUCT AND SERVICE REFUNDS

Pay Plantation® may enable merchants and individual sellers to operate mini shops and sell products or services.

10.1 Seller Responsibilities

Each seller is responsible for:

  • Accurate product descriptions.
  • Product quality and fulfillment.
  • Delivery arrangements.
  • Returns and exchanges.
  • Refund processing.
  • Warranty obligations.
  • Customer service.
  • Compliance with consumer protection laws.

10.2 Buyer Refund Requests

Buyers should first contact the seller to request a return or refund.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

  • The seller's disclosed return policy.
  • Product condition.
  • Delivery status.
  • Whether goods or services were materially misrepresented.
  • Applicable consumer protection requirements.

10.3 Undelivered or Misrepresented Products

If a seller fails to deliver purchased goods or materially misrepresents a transaction, buyers may pursue available dispute or chargeback remedies.

Pay Plantation® may assist with relevant transaction records but does not guarantee resolution of every buyer-seller dispute.

10.4 Digital Products and Services

Refunds for digital goods, downloadable content, subscriptions, and completed services depend on the seller's terms and applicable law.

11. ESCROW TRANSACTION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Where escrow-related functionality is available, transactions may be governed by separate escrow agreements and the requirements of the authorized escrow service provider.

11.1 Before Funds Are Released

A buyer or seller may request cancellation according to the applicable escrow instructions.

Refund eligibility depends on the transaction status and agreed cancellation conditions.

11.2 After Funds Are Released

Once escrow funds have been properly released under the agreed conditions, a refund may require recipient cooperation, a dispute determination, or another legally available remedy.

11.3 Escrow Disputes

Disagreements regarding product delivery, acceptance, transaction performance, or release conditions will be handled according to the applicable escrow agreement.

11.4 Escrow Fees

Escrow administration fees may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and as disclosed before the transaction.

11.5 Authorized Escrow Providers

Escrow funds must be handled according to the applicable agreement with the legally authorized entity responsible for holding and releasing those funds.

12. FAITH SEED GIVING — DONATIONS AND REFUNDS

Faith Seed Giving allows eligible churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations to receive contributions through the Pay Plantation® platform.

12.1 Voluntary Contributions

Donations, offerings, tithes, and other faith-based contributions are generally voluntary.

Once successfully processed, donations may be non-refundable unless a refund is required by law or otherwise approved.

12.2 Donation Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered where:

  • A duplicate contribution occurred.
  • An incorrect amount was charged.
  • A payment was unauthorized.
  • A technical processing error occurred.
  • The recipient organization authorizes a refund.
  • Applicable law or payment network rules require a refund.

12.3 Church and Ministry Responsibilities

Recipient organizations are responsible for their fundraising representations, donation records, and any tax-related acknowledgments required by law.

12.4 Tax Considerations

A refunded charitable contribution may affect any tax deduction claimed by the donor.

Donors should consult a qualified tax professional where necessary.

13. REFERRAL PROGRAM COMMISSIONS AND REVERSALS

Pay Plantation® offers eligible members the opportunity to earn a 10% commission on qualifying VIP membership referrals.

13.1 Commission Eligibility

Referral commissions are earned only when a qualifying referred member completes an eligible VIP membership payment and satisfies applicable program requirements.

13.2 Refunded Memberships

If a referred VIP membership purchase is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the associated referral commission may be canceled or reversed.

13.3 Fraudulent Referrals

Commissions generated through fraudulent accounts, self-referrals, misleading promotions, or other prohibited practices may be withheld or reversed.

13.4 Paid Commissions

Where a commission has already been paid and the underlying transaction is subsequently reversed, Pay Plantation® may recover the invalid commission through legally permitted methods and in accordance with the referral program agreement.

14. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Users may have the right to dispute eligible payment transactions with their card issuer, bank, or other financial service provider.

Pay Plantation® may cooperate with payment networks, processors, and financial institutions to investigate chargebacks.

14.1 Dispute Documentation

Relevant parties may be asked to provide:

  • Transaction receipts.
  • Payment confirmations.
  • Order records.
  • Delivery evidence.
  • Customer communications.
  • Refund correspondence.
  • Other relevant supporting documents.

14.2 Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants may be financially responsible for valid chargebacks, transaction reversals, and applicable dispute fees, subject to their processing agreements and applicable law.

14.3 Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy requires users to waive legally protected dispute rights or exhaust Pay Plantation® customer support procedures before contacting their financial institution.

15. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Users seeking a refund should submit a request through the applicable merchant, transaction support process, or Pay Plantation® customer support.

Where appropriate, the request should include:

  1. Registered account name.
  2. Account email address.
  3. Transaction ID or payment reference.
  4. Transaction date.
  5. Transaction amount.
  6. Reason for the refund request.
  7. Relevant supporting documentation.

For security purposes, users should never send complete payment card numbers, account passwords, or authentication codes through ordinary email.

Pay Plantation® may request additional information through a secure verification process.

16. REFUND REVIEW AND PROCESSING TIME

Pay Plantation® aims to acknowledge ordinary refund requests within three (3) business days and provide an initial determination within ten (10) business days after receiving sufficient information.

These are proposed customer-service targets, not limits on statutory investigation or resolution requirements.

Approved refunds will generally be submitted to the applicable payment provider within five (5) business days after approval, where technically possible.

After submission, the time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account depends on the bank, card issuer, payment method, and other applicable processing arrangements.

Certain investigations may require additional time.

Where legally mandated deadlines apply, those deadlines will control.

17. REFUND METHOD

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Alternative refund methods may be used where:

  • The original payment method is unavailable.
  • The relevant financial provider requires another method.
  • Applicable law permits or requires an alternative.
  • Additional verification is necessary.

Refunds will not be issued to unrelated third-party accounts without appropriate authorization and legal justification.

18. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS AND SERVICES

Subject to applicable law and the specific terms disclosed before purchase, the following may be non-refundable:

  • VIP subscription renewals after processing.
  • Completed services that were properly delivered.
  • Certain payment processing fees.
  • Certain ticketing service charges.
  • Completed and properly settled transfers.
  • Voluntary donations already delivered to the recipient.
  • Escrow fees for services already performed.
  • Other charges clearly identified as non-refundable before payment.

This section does not override legal rights relating to unauthorized transactions, defective goods, misrepresentation, non-delivery, or payment errors.

19. FRAUD, ABUSE, AND SUSPICIOUS REFUND REQUESTS

Pay Plantation® may investigate refund requests associated with suspected fraud, duplicate claims, identity misuse, or other abusive activity.

Where legally permitted, suspicious requests may be subject to additional verification.

The Company may restrict accounts involved in verified fraud or material violations of its Terms.

Fraud prevention procedures will not be used to unlawfully deny valid consumer refund or dispute rights.

20. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND OUTSTANDING FUNDS

Closing or terminating a Pay Plantation® account does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations, pending refunds, or valid disputes.

Where a member has remaining funds held by an authorized financial service provider, those funds will be handled according to applicable law and the relevant financial service agreement.

Pay Plantation® will not impose unlawful forfeitures of customer funds.

21. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Pay Plantation® may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy to reflect changes in Services, payment provider requirements, operational procedures, or applicable law.

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels and will apply prospectively where required.

Refund rights associated with completed transactions will not be retroactively reduced where prohibited by law.

22. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, United States, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in this Policy limits the rights of consumers under laws that cannot legally be waived.
