These Referral Program Terms & Conditions ("Referral Terms") govern participation in the program and establish the requirements for earning, tracking, managing, and withdrawing referral commissions.

By participating in the Referral Program, you ("Member," "Referrer," "Affiliate," "Participant," or "you") agree to these Referral Terms and the applicable Pay Plantation® policies.

4. REFERRAL COMMISSION STRUCTURE

4.1 Commission Rate

Pay Plantation® offers a referral commission of 10% on qualifying VIP Membership purchases.

For example:

Qualifying VIP Purchase 10% Referral Commission
$25.00 $2.50
$50.00 $5.00
$100.00 $10.00
$200.00 $20.00

These examples illustrate commission calculations and do not represent the actual VIP Membership prices.

4.2 Commission Calculation

Unless otherwise specified in a published promotion, referral commissions are calculated on the qualifying VIP Membership amount actually paid, excluding applicable taxes, refunded amounts, chargebacks, and separately charged transaction or processing fees.

4.3 Qualifying VIP Purchases

A referral commission is earned only when:

  • A new user registers through a valid referral link or approved attribution method.
  • The referred user completes an eligible VIP Membership purchase.
  • The payment is successfully processed.
  • The purchase satisfies the applicable referral verification requirements.
  • The transaction is not fraudulent, refunded, canceled, or reversed.

4.4 VIP Membership Renewals

The standard referral commission applies to the initial qualifying VIP Membership purchase only, unless Pay Plantation® expressly announces a separate recurring commission promotion.

4.5 No Guaranteed Earnings

Referral commissions depend on successful qualifying purchases. Pay Plantation® does not guarantee any particular level of income, number of referrals, or commission payments.

5. REFERRAL DASHBOARD

Pay Plantation® provides a dedicated Referral section within the member's account dashboard.
